5th award for IMPRINT

We just found out today that the dark horror script for IMPRINT has won its fifth award! Nice. This time it was for Best Unproduced Short Script at the Fantastic Festival of Los Angeles. Many thanks! that’s great news.

Let’s hope some producers, keen to get involved in helping bring this to the screen take notice. And I am super grateful for these 5 awards.

COMFORT HIM poster with laurels

COMFORT HIM has been selected to two more festivals! Nice. If you look at the bottom laurels on the poster above, you will see that we have (on either side), we now have laurels for:

So, even if we can’t really travel in these covid times, our micro short film is definitely able to travel for us.

Morbido definitely looks to be selecting some very interesting and unique looking horror shorts. Also, as part of Morbido fest, we took part in a zoom Q&A. And in honour of our first video interview, we’re going to release a little BTS action for the film too.

Thanks again for the festival selections! And congrats again to the team!

DFTB is selected to 17th festival

multi award winning DON’T FORGET TO BREATHE

Just a quick one, to say that NO TE OLVIDES DE RESPIRAR aka DON’T FORGET TO BREATHE, a short film I co-wrote with Darwin Reina has been selected for its 17th film festival – Selected to XXII International Festival DetectiveFEST Moscow Russia April 20 – 25. Nice! This short film has gone on to much bigger things than we first dreamed of. Congratulations to Darwin and the entire team!

It would be amazing if one of the coming fests also felt it worthy of another award. But it feels greedy to even think so, as it has already done better than expected. But we can only hope for continued festival success.
